Restrooms

We seek to have venues that offer single stall or all-use, multi-stall restroom options. In this process, we offer education to venue owners and managers about the importance of all-gender restrooms prior to our event; we offer education at the event itself, and offer consultation to other businesses looking to deepen their understanding about this issue.

PRIDENTON Venues that will have a single stall or all-use, multi-stall restroom options:

  • Alamo Drafthouse: family/single-stall restroom

  • Andy’s: Single stall restroom (located behind the stage)

  • Dan’s Silverleaf: binary restroom converted to all-use restroom for the duration of the duration of the event.

  • Denton County Brewing Company: binary restroom converted to all-use restroom for the duration of the event.

  • Harvest House: binary restroom converted to all-use restroom for the duration of the event.

  • Oak Street Drafthouse: binary restroom converted to all-use restroom for the duration of the event.

Why are restrooms important?

Trans and gender non-conforming people often face discrimination, harassment, arrest or violence in restrooms.
Everyone should get to do their make-up, change clothes, change their babies, and use the restroom in peace.
Everyone who needs physical assistance should be able to use the restroom with their family members, friends, and/or attendants.
