As queer and trans people, the constant act of resistance and the necessity for resilience is exhausting and overwhelming. Even so, we are proud of the legacy of our resistance and resilience. We are grateful for what previous generations have fought for and remain hopeful for what we are creating for those to follow.

May 2025 Election Nonpartisan Voter Guide

Denton! We created a nonpartisan voter guide ahead of the May 3 election. Early voting starts April 22 and ends April 29. Visit votedenton.gov for times and locations.

All information has been sourced from candidates’ answers to a survey conducted by the League of Women Voters of Denton, campaign videos created by the candidates, or news sources such as KERA, The Cross Timbers Gazette, and the Denton Record-Chronicle.

Printed booklets are available at our Pride at the Polls event on April 26 or at the following businesses:
