A Night OUT is BACK!

Friday, June 12, 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.

This is a night where local vendors and organizations show their support and PRIDE for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community by participating in a “reverse pride parade” with table vendors at the Quakertown Civic Center and Bearded Monk and storefronts located in and around the Downtown Square acting as “floats” so participants come to YOU. Similar to a crawl, attendees will bounce between floats to engage with you, pick up some swag, take pictures, and build relationships with vendors that support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Our vision is to see vendor tables and storefronts covered with pride flags and rainbows; to have our community visible and OUT in Denton.

Application Fee

PRIDENTON is a 501(c)(3). All vendor fees go directly to PRIDENTON 2026 and future celebrations. Our Board Members work on an unpaid, volunteer basis.

The Quakertown Civic Center charges a fee per booth for vendor fairs. We have increased our fee to $125 to offset this cost. Payment is due by May 23, 2026.

Because we understand that a $125 fee may be prohibitive to some vendors, we are offering a pay-what-you-can model and ask that you make a payment within your means.

If you need the fee to be completely waived or would prefer a payment plan, please contact us at nightout@pridenton.org.

We are also offering a “pay-it-forward” opportunity so vendors can subsidize Reduced Fee, Hardship, and waived registrations. Please note that this is separate from the Riot and Resist sponsorship tier. Tier selection is available on the payment page.

Tiers:

  • Regular: $125

  • Reduced 50%: $62.50

  • Hardship: $35

  • Pay-It-Forward: $250
